I saw this with two friends who judged it as a "horror" movie and though it was merely good, but when placed in its proper genere, this movie clearly nails it on every level.

Their biggest complaint, the overdone "boss" scene. How can you have a movie based on a video game without that?

Even judged as a classic horror movie, this one is still gets excellent marks. They even throw in just the right about of sublte refrences to some of the great "zombie" movies. This one is definately getting watched more than once.
