Naeka and her brother Kousuke are the last remaining heirs to their grandfather's fortune. Their extended family has been eliminated by various means as a plot to usurp the inheritance. The grandfather, a maid fetishist like his grandson Kousuke, insists they move in with him, however, Naeka refuses the opulence. To insure his bloodline continues, two maids are hired for the children's protection. Fubuki, an attractive yet cunning maid to Kousuke's tastes, and the star of the show, Kogarashi, the maid guy, who was picked for Naeka's interests. Kogarashi is a masked brawn bestial assassin capable of far more than brute force. However practical his intentions may be, they are without concern to Naeka's feelings or common sense for that matter. As an example in this first episode, he forcefully attempts to clean her bra by ripping through her shirt and tearing it off her chest, concerned that she does not keep up with her laundry.

Fans of Hanaukyo Maid-tai should enjoy Kamen no Maid Guy, as well as any maid fetishists.
