Initial D Extreme Stage is slated for a late Spring or early Summer release this year in Japan. This will basically be a port of Initial D Arcade Stage 4, with extra features like online play. Whether or not the online features will work outside of Japan is unknown at this time. Most fans of the manga and anime will be all over this, but being the PS3 is region free for games, racing game fans in general should give this a shot too.
