Saying that I am a big LOTR fan is quite the understatement. Add Pandemic to the mix and I'm right on board. Today Pandemic announced development of the next great LOTR game, Lord of the Rings: Conquest. A game that will put you on those epic battlefields from the New Line trilogy. Parkour (free running) is definitely gaining popularity, ever since the opening scene of Casino Royale the building-hopping sport has been showing up more in games, movies and advertisements. Well GTA the Fourth is not even out yet and it's already being lauded as the best game ever. After playing Vice City and losing interest after a few hours I swore I would never play another GTA game. Then, after breaking my promise and playing San Andreas until I was so frustrated with a mission I was throwing my controller I vowed again that I would never play another GTA game.

Atlus continues to localize more Success titles with the latest being the sequel to the ninja dungeon crawling Izuna for the Nintendo DS. Expect to see this ship stateside July 22.

On a side note, Rondo of Swords should be in stores everywhere today. This SRPG, also on the Nintendo DS, brought to us by Success/Atlus USA has Izuna and Shino as well as one of my personal favorites, Cotton.
